Jeffrey Melagrano graduated cumlaude from Iona College in 1983 and was recruited by Price Waterhouse. His
clients included IBM, General Foods, Chase Manhattan Bank, and National Securities Clearing Corporation. In 1986 Mr. Melagrano
left Price Waterhouse to begin his own accounting firm. He worked part time with a very successful retirement minded tax practitioner
in Scarsdale. By the end of 1986 Jeff acquired the entire practice. Working over 4000 hours per year, recruiting hard working
dedicated professionals and investing in the best computer technologies, he brought the firm to a new level and earned the
confidence and trust of his clients. His areas of great challenge and dedication include complex individual and business tax
returns and planning, financial, managerial and advisory services to high net worth individuals and businesses and financial
statement audits. Aside from serving his own clients, Jeff is responsible for reviewing all other firm members work. Some
projects over the years include the audits of complex $25 mil. manufacturing companies and related tax work, reviews of acquisition
targets for exisiting clients, audit work for a client doing an IPO, working with clients on successful sales of their businesses,
restructuring entities to properly minimize taxes, and successfully representing complex corporations, partnerships and individuals
with IRS and state tax audits. Mr. Melagrano applies his 25 years of lessons working in the public accounting arena to benefit
each client who comes to the firm for assistance.  |

Mrs. Astrid Rogers has been working in public accounting
for over 25 years. She has studied accounting and taxation in the academic environment, constantly studies new issues in accounting
and taxation and more importantly has been applying it in the real world. From a bank statement and a check register Ms. Rogers
is able to accurately utilize her many years of experience in the preparation and compilation of financial statements, preparation
of payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, and individual income tax returns. She is adept at the complex computer applications
used to provide these services and also works with other accounting programs such as Quicken and Quickbooks Pro. Ms. Rogers
also provides the firm with invaluable administrative support and consults with clients regularly on accounting and tax matters.
