Jeffrey D. Melagrano, C.P.A., P.C. was founded by
Jeff Melagrano in 1987. Having worked for the big eight accounting firm of Price Waterhouse, Jeff left Price Waterhouse to
apply his skills to building his own CPA firm. As a dedicated and energetic professional, Jeff focused his efficiency and
professionalism to building a CPA firm where clients could receive the utmost expertise in accounting, taxation, and business
matters. This expertise combined with developing a personal understanding of each client's needs and situations provides a
top level of client service. In building a "team" of professionals, Jeff has found individuals who share his dedication and
enthusiasm in earning a client's trust and who are devoted to understanding the complexities of accounting, taxation and financial
matters and staying on top of the ever changing laws. Our range of work is multifaceted. The scope includes preparation of
an individual tax return with 30 multistate flow thru entities, auditing a $25 million dollar manufacturing company, preparation
of basic tax returns, working closely with a client to help plan for retirment, running complex tax projections to determine
the best strategy to minimize taxes, auditing not-for-profit entities and tax compliance, helping a start up company get off
the ground, preparation of quarterly financial statements and payroll tax work for small businesses, or helping clients obtain
financing. In each area of our practice we maintain an internal system of quality control. Our top priority is to understand
our clients particular financial situation and needs and apply our skills and counsel which results in solutions. The staff
